The top five reality TV shows that really need me as a contestant:
- Project Runway: Ok, so I don't know how to sew. But, I could make up for my shortcomings with the enthusiasm I would garner from working with Tim Gunn, plus my ability to arm a glue gun. My prediction for this season's winner: Jillian.
- When researching a link for this blog entry, I found the final Project Runway collections posted on the website. It has pictures from Sweet P, Rami and Chris, in addition to Jillian and Christian. Click Here to Look!
- 1 vs 100: When I watch this show, I never miss a question! No kidding, I would never need help from the mob.
- House Hunters: I can make countless witty comments about tacky wallpaper and terrible design choices. Plus, I can easily choose the house just out my price range. They always pick that one!
- Deal or No Deal: My philosophy, it is all money you never had. So if you walk out of there with $20 ($10 after taxes), you at least tried for the big bucks.
- Oscars: I think I can sport this dress, any thoughts?
These two devices could quite possibly be the reason why I haven't blogged since January 28. Above, you'll see my new iPod video (a Christmas trade-up from the Nano my husband gifted me) and my T-Mobile Dash (gifted to myself right before CES this year). It is really disgusting how weirdly attached I am to these little machines.
The obsession began with the Dash, as I needed a phone to keep up with my freelance Oklahoma Today gigs while on the road. First, it was cool because I could read my email. But later, I found that I could access Google Reader, websites, and more. I haven't put the thing down in over a month. Even though I haven't actually been blogging myself, I am up-to-date on reading all your blogs (all devoted 13 readers!).
My Dash love even postponed setting up the iPod video, which happened last week. Let me just say the world of Podcasts has been opened to me! It is really easy to get through a day of work when you have This American Life and the Dave Ramsey Show to entertain you!
But nothing can trump my love for this little guy. He has taken a liking to the Dash, plus drumming (especially during Rock Band) and eating (he even steals food from other kids as school). I also included a picture of Buddy, who helped me write this post. I'm sure he'll keep me on track for more regular postings.
