“The future’s already here. It’s just not evenly distributed.” -William Gibson
- We are furiously preparing for our vacation next week. California here we come!
- Derek and I both had dreams last night about experiencing tornadoes. Do you think that is weird?
- I can't believe Michelle completed 104 scrapbook pages in one weekend. Impressive!
- Even though I couldn't be less interested, we have been working on some gardening.
- When you go to dinner, go with John, his weird "no-sauce" approach to pizza eating can get the whole table a relatively free meal.
- Forget celebrity dance-offs, I challenge everyone to a type-off on Type Racer. Post your top score!
- Starting a conversation with "so I was listening to this interview with Al Gore on NPR" does not create a willing and eager audience, especially if it's my husband.
- I think it is acceptable for fashion icons to wear funny hats. I like it!

John's picky eating has this once been a plus for me. However, inviting him to a dinner that he'll eat is a pain.
I probably shouldn't share how many dreams I've had about tornadoes. Let's just say it's enough to call me a dork.
I could have used Van's help the past couple of weekends in the yard. If only I would have known he liked gardening.....
Aye! Thanks for getting me hooked on TypeRacer. That's all I need! I'm up to 88wpm.
It's amazing how many pages you can get done when you are so far behind you just want to throw them in an album and be done with it! Nothin' fancy about my pages anymore. Plus, no kids can help a LOT!
I tried Type Racer 5 times. My best time is 73. I thought that was pretty good. There are people on there typing over 100! Now that is FAST!
