- I've arrived! Yesterday I applied a full face of makeup using one arm and holding a 27+ pound child in the other. The only flub, Van did manage to grab the mascara wand.
- I'm in the early planning mode of Van's 1st Birthday Party. Here is the cake I'm going to make, because I ate one (or two or three) Hostess Cupcakes every day throughout my pregnancy.
- March Madness is much less stressful when you forget to fill out a bracket. I have nothing to lose!
- Spring is here, and I have a new white purse to prove it.
- I'm currently very disinterested in the bathroom remodel project that Derek and I have had on the schedule for this weekend. He is working hard in the bathroom, I'm working on my blog.
- I'm very proud of Jessica and her new love of asparagus.
- Van loves his godparents.
- I love Nasonex. I'm finally getting over this four month sinus infection.
- Stay tuned for Easter pictures.

Too cute. I'm loving the cake. And hold the phone... Van is 27+ pounds??? I'm impressed- both with your skillz and with the fooball player you're bringing up (although Payt was a big baby and he's really thinned out). He is such a cutie!!! Congrats on the first b-day!
I always say if I don't do it with one hand, it doesn't get done.
