Van Licks the Turtle Tank from Brooke Adcox on Vimeo.
I was happily watching my home videos from the Oklahoma Aquarium, when I noticed Van does a little "taste test" of the turtle tank at the end of this clip.
These moments on tape explain so, so much. Including, my lack of parenting skills. Listen closely for a "Van don't lick the turtle tank."
You won't hear it, because I didn't notice. Egad!

I was telling someone the other day about my college friend who adopted the use of "Egad."

I would tell you that it ends soon but, I caught my 4.5 year old licking the cart handle in Sam's. I'm not sure which one is worse. EGAD!
Becca is 4 and likes to play like she is a dog. She licks everything. The other day, I caught her licking the bottom of her shoe. Talk about gross!!!!
